Our insight are based on large scale research projects and personal advisory work in over half of the Fortune 200 companies and in over 90 countries. This work has resulted in over 35 books, 100’s of articles, and consistent recognition as thought leaders in Human Capability.

In our recent research, we examined the SEC reports of 5,760 businesses and scored them using machine learning and natural language processing (NLP). The accuracy and impact of Human Capability disclosures were double what we have seen in smaller scale survey research.
