Based on decades of research and practice, we have created a survey-based Organization Guidance System (OGS) that helps prioritize which Human Capability initiatives in each of the four pathways deliver stakeholder outcomes. This work provides guidance on where to invest to attain desired outcomes.

Going forward and building on our governance work, we will build a machine learning model to assess specific Human Capability initiatives that deliver desired stakeholder outcomes.
